What you need
Potato-2 cups cubed
Carrots-1 (shaved and sliced thin)
Almond Milk-1/2 cup
Lemon Juice-3 tsp
Liquid Aminos-2 tsp
Oil (Grapeseed or safflower,
sun flower)-4 tbsp
Garlic Powder-2 tsp
Onion Powder- 1tsp
Pink salt (or sea salt)-1 tsp
Paprika (Smoked)-1 1/2 tsp
Ground mustard powder-4 tsp
Directions
Boil potatoes and carrots
until soft, about 10-20 mins
Drain, but keep water
Put potatoes and carrots
in a blender that is strong like
a vitamix, emusulfier, ninja
etc. or a food processor.
Add liquids and oil and then
seasonings and mix, if its to thick
add water from the drained
potatoes and carrots.
Pour over noodles, vegetables etc.
